For our Geneva boutique, we have an immediate opening:

Sales Advisor – High-end Jewellery

to develop and serve local and international clients, promote and strengthen Adler brand, close sales of collections, bespoke products and tailored design projects for ensuring personalized and highest level of customer service.


The position’s main responsibilities are:

  • Develop exclusive relationship for high-profile customers leveraging its own network
  • Proactively propose and organize customers’ experiences and events promoting Adler
  • Monitor prospects and customers to generate required sales
  • Manage and follow-up repairs 
  • Participate to sales events in Switzerland and abroad
  • Gain strong knowledge of all products and services
  • Perform all administrative transactions related to sales or repairs 
  • Daily set up boutique windows

Education and experience required

  • Passion for selling luxury goods and services to VIP clients
  • 4-6 years as Sales Advisor in jewelry, watchmaking or luxury goods industries
  • Certified gemology training will be an asset
  • Warm and empathic relational skills
  • Rigor in customer follow-up and administrative management
  • Master MS-Office, CRM / ERP apps and social media
  • Fluent in English and French (C1), German a nice to have
  • High level of integrity and ethics
  • Swiss nationals or having a valid Swiss work permit
  • Immediately available
